If I tell you all the boxes in a warehouse are empty, that doesn’t mean they are. It just means I think they are. You can go and check them manually to see if they’re actually empty or if I was lying or forgot there was stuff in them. The metaphor breaks down a little bit here but if you look at the boxes closely, the ones with dust on top were probably empty for a long time and the ones without were probably emptied recently.

Having not read the books but watched someone’s very long YouTube video about them, I think the new movies did a pretty darn good job of doing a ton of crazy world building without being 3 hours of exposition. I certainly didn’t understand everything but I got the rough idea of pretty much everything and I think they did a really good job in particular of relaying the “mind over machines” motif. Certainly not a perfect adaptation but I think it’s a damn good example of one

Is it normal for teenagers discovering sexuality to improvise sex toys? Absolutely. Cucumbers are generally a convenient shape and size. When I was a young male teenager, I used hotel shampoo bottles. (Almost got one stuck inside me, no idea what I would have done.) When the time comes to have that talk, mention sex toys and that if they want to experiment, they should use objects that are meant to be used that way and that you won’t judge them for it. I’d probably also mention that you won’t open packages addressed to them and leave it at that.

Why would this be available from an api?

There’s a decent amount of slots for free through nightwave, twitch drops/gifts of the lotus of weapons/frames etc, but not enough to go the whole game on certainly, and new players won’t know how to get them. I’m LR4 without spending any money because I traded for plat a lot to buy slots, but that’s not something I expect people to do as a normal thing

They’ve been having nothing but wins for a year or two. Games at the best point it’s ever been imo! It’s actually a game I recommend now, though the rough point is still frame/weapon slots.

Lets say you sleep for 8 hours a night and work for 8 hours a day. You have 8 hours left. You spend 2:30 commuting. You have 5:30 left. Vs the cheaper place, you have 6:20 left. Almost 1/5th more time in your day. That alone would make me choose it.
