This is only one small piece of the puzzle, but it’s fairly common to have trouble finding a place to rent if you’re a foreigner, specifically because you’re a foreigner.

I read somewhere that Hezbollah started using pagers as their main method of communication instead of cell phones out of worry that phones would get hacked. That’d explain the prevalence of the pagers.

You are citing a statement, and it is a fact that the statement was said, but the content of that statement is not a fact because there’s very little evidence to support it being a fact. Lies exist, especially from the election meddling, ex KGB foreign adversary national leader types.
There’s a big difference between citing facts and citing a statement. You likely have no evidence that the statement is a fact, besides taking the ex-kgb leader of an adversarial nations word at face value, which…does sound a little silly when you say it out loud like that, doesn’t it? Keep in mind this nation has definitely messed with our elections in the past too lol.

It sounds like you’ve already got a curated list of games - what are a few standout multiplayer that you enjoy that meet your criteria?
I’ll start off - when knockout city, an excellent dodgeball “shooter” closed shop, the devs released the server hosting code so the community could still play
Kudos for the well thought out and introspective comment.
It did get me thinking about whether or not these numbers were affected by the purchasing and selling of the various subsidiaries, and if that happened, whether or not it should “count”.
Gatekeeping on positive news?
I’d say it’s relevant because I certainly didn’t know anything about the company the meme is discussing, and that was a fun fact to see. I especially appreciate the wiki link cuz that’s what I wanted to go to after asking such a head scratcher.
There’s no “requirement” to do anything.
People fall in and out of the public eye. That’s a fact.
CCP can wait until someone falls out of the public eye to do something about an unwanted individual. That’s a fact.
Sure, if you think it’s your responsibility to save any such unwanted individual, you can interpret what they said as “you need a lifetime commitment”, but I don’t think that’s what they meant.
It was an observation, not an accusation for a personal failing.
All they needed was for one of them to be a well dressed dude with a lampshade.
Again, we’ve seen the league of nations fail. They arguably had more momentum than “random users of an Internet forum discouraging government spending on military”
Do you have an idea for how this would be enforced?
Yeah this caught me off guard, but the “Cha!” By Texas Pete has no business being as good as it is.
Cutting war industry founds globally is how you invert the course.
Great how are you going to implement and enforce that globally? This sounds similar to the goals of the league of nations, and we all know how that turned out.
Nonalcoholic can have up to 0.5%
Alcohol free can have up to 0.05%
For context, bread can have up to 1.9%
So uhhh if 0.5% is problematic for someone, I got bad news…
Makes sense. Something to definitely watch out for, but not necessarily something that has already happened.
Very cute, best of luck in your quest!
