That’s the idea. State actors can keep this up for decades while we the people end up exhausted. Stay vigilant, brother.

Things are looking up!
Just take drugs. Problem solved!
So in the vein of no stupid questions I’m going to ask you a stupid question. It sounds like you didn’t particularly value the relationships you used to have with your “friends in law”. Do you actually want to meet people to build friendships with, or do you feel socially pressured to do so? I’m here to remind you that you’re not required. A preference for solitude is perfectly fine.
Maybe you don’t have that preference in which case others have written up some good advice, but don’t feel guilt. Maybe getting to know yourself for a while is a good thing. It’ll make any attempts at bonding with others in the future easier and more rewarding.
Oh no, who could have seen literally the passage of time coming?
This really needs a beat, I can hear the Euro banger in my head
No, it’d be more useful just on account of the harm they are not doing. I don’t give a rat’s ass what they do instead, hell, do a huge UBI experiment and just let them chill. Might as well.
Agreed. I’d rather they be paid that wage NOT to bother me.
Great so you can stop now right? …Right?
Personally I think growth is a tainted metric. For a capitalist enterprise focused on shareholder value it might be worth something (although you could argue that’s what turned the corporate Internet to shit in the first place). Steady ingress and egress of users is fine IMO. We don’t need growth, we just need stability.
Is the political class that chemically castrated Alan Turing for being gay ultimately causing his suicide bitching about a parlor game?
Maybe. It’s worth defining terms before you discuss. I always try to make it clear I view myself as an agnostic atheist.
Atheism and agnosticism are not mutually exclusive terms. The first refers to belief and the second one refers to knowledge. It’s perfectly possible not to believe in the existence a given god (belief) and at the same time not know with certainty whether it exists (knowledge).

Great, thanks for driving up the price and thus making the market more attractive. This is a never ending waste of time, money, energy and life.
They are both shapes, so it fits!
Forgiving yourself is difficult. You have grown enough to realize what you did was dumb. Whenever your brain decides to throw a random cringe memory in your face, consciously tell yourself you’re better now and you forgive yourself for your mistakes. It helped me.
Yeah I don’t see 8K delivering any value. My eyes can’t resolve past 4k anyway, it’ll just be heavier on the GPU and it won’t get me a damn thing.
Sure, 64k ought to be enough, yada yada. That doesn’t apply when you’re running up against biological limits though.
Why bother with X? Just do l33t CLI h4xx0rs
Before I say anything else I’ll make it clear I think the for profit prison system is one of the worst atrocities modern humans are responsible for, but…
Whether it works depends entirely on which end you’re on. The owners would say it’s not in shambles at all but working exactly as intended.
