Yea, but I would that the fast majority of the articles aren’t negative. I agree that there is a lot of negativity on Lemmy, but that’s something that a lot of people are more interested in. If you only want more positivity you should search communities that fit this, there are loads (more are ofcourse always welcome tho).

If you look at the most popular communities, 3/5 first ones are not politics.
Simple solution, start your own community with only positive news.

I’m not sure if jerboa has an option to create a community. But you could also just make one by logging into lemm.ee (the website).
But as mentioned by another commenter, it might be better to do this in another community. Lemmy isn’t big enough for very niche communities like this.
They objectively make more eco friendly products than most if not all other companies. They’re still a company so they make shitty decision from time to time, but in general they are quit good.
Microsoft knows that if they start tampering with that they will get into all kind of shit antitrust wise. Proton is a pretty small project from their perspective, so it’s really not worth the risk and/or public backlash.

Yes, in the community sidebar there’s an community specific modlog.
You can check the public modlog. Unless the user was banned + removal of all comments, it should be visible there.
You can always sell it if you end up not using it.
