Dare I ask, why? I mean obviously meth addicts aren’t known for their shrewd decisions in general, but is there some sensory or cognitive change in particular that compels them to put foreign objects in their butts more than say, alcoholics would?

Día de los Muertos, because of the amazing art at the very least. Plus, who wouldn’t want a second Halloween of sorts? (I know the reasons to celebrate are very different)
Also, Earth Day and Arbor Day, because our trees and planet are awesome.
Back when I used Windows, it worked fine for me out of the box between Win7 and both Ubuntu-based and Arch-based Linux distros 🤷
This, except consider exFAT. It’s more modern than FAT32 but also widely compatible.

Some insects are attracted to light sources, but not mosquitos. They seek out the things our bayou friend already mentioned.
Oh, I re-read your previous comment and understand better now. It’s been a long while since I learned this stuff.
Umm I thought Martin Luther was like, the original protestant.
There is at least one longtime Ohio business that’s very pro-cannabis. The CEO of Scott’s Miracle-Gro has been outspoken about it for years. Of course it’s profitable – they will gladly sell you fertilizer and accessories!
That’s actually amazing that we have eclipse shots from Mars. Anyone know how it was taken? What instrument?
I hadn’t noticed, but if that’s the case it certainly is weird and suspicious. I’ll keep an eye out, thanks.
You haven’t answered my core questions. You seem to be suggesting there’s a centralized or concerted push to promote/market Signal rather than an assortment of disconnected posts and articles. I’m open to that possibility, but what’s the evidence?
If ammo got simplified then I’m sure weapon condition / repairs got the axe too. Wish is fine I suppose. But hopefully attachments like scopes and suppressors and grenade launchers are still included, those were great.
On ammo I’d be okay with simplifying NATO vs Warsaw Pact rounds because that’s a bit hard to track for anyone unfamiliar, but as you say I liked the overall immersion of matching bullets to the gun.
I’m hoping the PC modding scene takes off because that will let us customize all kinds of things.
Where is it being promoted/marketed? I haven’t seen that. I’m only aware of Signal because of tech news and privacy threads.
The dose makes the poison.

Do you have evidence? And what do you think of the Molly fork?
That was my immediate thought too.
I remember enjoying the elemental guns (Maliwan) a lot in both BL1 and BL2. It’s a shame it took till the Pre-Sequel to add ice!
I’d argue the throw-to-reload mechanic isn’t in other games because it’s a gimmick.
The other letdowns in BL2 were A) the Hyperion “reverse kick” guns that were only accurate after you emptied most of the magazine, and B) the 3-barrel Gattling guns with magazines that were way too small to be worth spinning up. I swear these together were 25% of my pickups and just a waste of time. It feels bad to die while you’re actively holding the trigger right in the baddie’s face.
Many of the legendary guns and unique grenade effects were pretty fun in BL2 though. Those were both solid improvements.
I thought the weapons were a big step down in BL2. I swear 50% of the guns I found were gimmicks (e.g. throw it as a grenade to reload) but not actually all that effective.
Torgue weapons were especially bad. Yeah I know everyone loves Mr. Torgue and explosions are fun, but those guns are so inaccurate they can’t hit anything >2 meters away. I’d take a weapon that can reliably hit a target any day.
The devs also got rid of the Atlas and S&S brands from BL1. Those were almost always my pick unless so it was a real letdown to see them missing in BL2.
I almost forgot about SimEarth. For some reason I was allowed to play it in grade school computer lab. I wish they would remake it so I can recreate my sentient cephalopod uprising, except with graphics that aren’t complete ass.
I never played SimLife. But no, Spore is really not like SimEarth at all. As the other person said, Spore is disappointingly shallow on all levels.
Yeah but like any successful politician he’ll readily compromise his principles in order to hold onto power.
