That’s in my state. If they do all show up, our average IQ will drop at least 15 points for the duration of the retreat, and we don’t really have any to spare.

Their website says yes: https://www.greenbrier.com/activities/bunker-tours/ As much as I’d like to tour those, it’s owned by our current governor’s family, and I don’t want to give them any money.
