    This is a whole-ass article that could be summarized with one sentence:

    Factories take time to build so for now we have a construction jobs boom rather than a manufacturing jobs boom.

    But if Policio’s writers can’t send 20 paragraphs spinning a natural, obvious process as a Democratic failure they don’t have a reason to get out of bed in the morning.

        Then Trump’s gonna win the election by the time they’re built, take credit, then fuck it all up in time for a Democrat to get elected to take the blame.

      Agree, though I couldn’t find an alternative article at the moment that put the issue in another light. Tbf the article doesn’t entirely describe it as a total failure, though the headline may give one that impression.

      Edit: I should add that I don’t think any of what Biden is accomplishing here is a failure by any means. These solutions take time. The article does go on to explain that.
