It’s not real, it was a joke made by 4chan that stuck. Nobody is actually using that term unless they’re a pedophile

Iirc the original game was wave-defence. I remember hearing about it in 2012 ages ago, but they axed it soon after they released the battle royale
Really though people just don’t understand the point of 2FA. There is 0 other way to verify identity. Just use a burner number if you’re so paranoid sheesh lol
What? No, that’s the whole point of 2FA. There is literally no other way to verify authorization otherwise because it’s by-default incapable of verifying identity.
Knowing the previous password doesn’t help because those are often found in password dumps.
This is true of any email service.
Yeah I totally get that. I’ve been fortunate enough to have teams where at least half the other people gave enough of a damn haha
I would say with the bad group thing there are two things that massively improve your chances: A) being group leader and B) sometimes being okay with doing a majority of the work and just asking people to do cleanup. I’ve had so many projects go faster from doing all of the hard parts of the project on the condition that they make it look polished.
“we are definitely the competition” said no competition ever lol
Oh yeah there is. Open the left-hand navigation sidebar, and click on “trending” . The trending tab isn’t as bad as it used to be but it’s still bad.
There’s only 5 different games and they don’t really do anything interesting with any of them. Hard pass
Just to provide evidence, you can see the impact of corporate profits and the unit cost of products during COVID-19 in this study:
Corporate profits were a majority of the driver of cost of products during a literal pandemic when people were suffering and needed cheaper goods the most. The pandemic caused inelastic demand to increase and so companies took advantage of a global crisis to line their pockets.
This has been known for eons, hasn’t it?
If this percentage trending up or down?
Pretty sure Jesus wouldn’t have been a fucking dickhead lmao
It really depends on how much time people would have to migrate data and swap email accounts. If it’s years, we would probably be fine although the financial and data loss would be still be incalculable.
If we didn’t have much or any time to migrate… I don’t even want to think about it. If email accounts suddenly got shut down many people would lose banking access, among many other things. It would probably cause a global recession if I had to guess (talking out my ass on this one but I wouldn’t be surprised).
Set up a program for kids to get school supplies and lunch money, and also for them to get some gear for playing games (e.g. a “good enough to play most games” PC or a console)
This could also extend to hobbies in the arts like digital design software, paint supplies, instruments, you name it
As a kid I wished so much that something like this was accessible to me
Oh and also buy out adobe and make it’s subscriptions one-time payments again lol
Holy fucking shit that’s insane. What’s wild is, if I understand it correctly, that’s basically linear with how many users have joined, meaning people are posting more than ever before (on a per user basis).
Genuinely curious how the price works out to be less?
Right?! Like, posting a reply that’s a legitimate correction is fine, whatever. But people constantly post slight technicality corrections (that are usually 75% of the time incorrect or misleading) on reddit. It’s so annoying especially when you’ve been on reddit long enough that you can tell from a parent comment when people are gonna “well actually” and exactly what they’re gonna say because it’s all been said 200x before.
/rant lol
At least for me personally, my back pain makes it hard to sleep. That and incessant thinking lol
