Absolutely. Nothing wrong with np++ for sure. But it does feel like something someone had to make just to make up for the shortcomings of built-in options in Windows.

I feel like the text editors we get by default do all the things I ever wanted notepad++ for anyway.
Most of that is just copying headlines and posting links to news sites though… Lazy posting but it is more a symptom of the disease that would most likely be cured if the root problem was cured.
That would be dope. I’d take that deal.
Plus Pinky can read and Brain can’t, canonically.
I read the title as “Oh beans” and somehow it still fits, lol.
Is this specifically things we do during work hours more than our actual job? Or what we choose to do with our free time?
Cause if it’s slacking off at work, sadly, I am probably now a professional Solitaire player. If it’s in my free time… Well, my ADHD keeps me hopping from activity to activity so often let’s just call it “Special Projects Manager”…
I think the dice? It definitely made me question reality though…
This just brought me flash-backs of the absolute nut-bar I used to play DnD with that would tap dice on her teeth before rolling them “to check if they were real.”
This is the closest thing to context I may ever have to that experience. I thought she was checking real vs imaginary, maybe she was checking if they were… ummm… real bones? wait. no.
Where’s that gif of the train car model stuck on a person like a hat to make it move… I imagine that is how Bethesda would implement this into their 20 year old engine.
This is so true. I had to learn to be patient with games a long time ago. It saved me a ton of headache with the Helldivers 2 fiasco. I’m still a little sad about it, it looked like a great game. Too bad Sony came out and solidified themselves as a company I won’t do business with…
There are almost always ways to verify the correct owner for something like this… None of which it sounds like Microsoft was willing to do, as they only seemed to care about what the current password is.
You are making an assumption that the person can’t provide any way to identify himself as the owner. The story as written states they didn’t care about anything other than the current password.
Mine is like 6x8 currently… Is there any special benefit to an odd number I am missing or just the extra realestate from going to larger numbers?
What’s a shavette? Is that like a brand or particular type of double edge safety razor?
I mean, I’m gonna lose that money to inflation anyway, I ain’t getting a raise.
That’s why he said to invert the handle, like take it off and reattach on what would normally be the bottom of the lid. Like it’s inside out.
I worked with a guy that would tell people that coax needed to be “released to ground” occasionally, by unhooking the cable and putting your thumb over the end. That’s how he made sure people were disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the back of the box. He also told someone that “data might be trapped in the Ethernet cord” and advised they unplug it from both ends and swing it around their head in a circle to “loosen the stuck bits and clear the line”…
Sounds more like you’re describing ai generated content than kids.
A good Tribes game is not in the cards right now. Players should try harder to be entertained.
(this is a play on a quote from the admins of an old Hi-Rez game called Global Agenda. During the nightly clan vs clan competitive “global map” window, the game was broken, matches wouldn’t load or crash part-way through. Players submitted a ton of tickets, and some of them were not constructive and just said “Fix the game”. Admins got butt-hurt and spammed the entire player-base with “Fixing the game is not in the cards right now. Players should try harder to win.”… I am still very salty about that…)
Edit: Oddly enough, this was right after they launched Tribes: Ascend, just to bring the leap of context full circle.
